ARG is an informal group of runners that meets every Tuesday evening for a run. We meet at 7.25 in the car park of Ashtead's Peace Memorial Hall for stretching and a chat, and then our run starts at 7.30 (sharp!). In the summer months we then head to the Run to Live running shop at 200 Barnett Wood Lane (7.40) before heaind off on our way. We normally run for 35-45 minutes, and at an easy pace (often this is a 'recovery run' from a weekend long run or race). All abilities and speeds are catered for (the faster ones go off fast, and the slower ones go off a bit slower).
We meet every Tuesday, rain or shine, snow or sleet. It is free to join us - we have no overheads, so there is no fee!
